Maywood: MJ's Take

Yesterday Jake posted this piece about the changes...for the worse...that have occurred in Maywood, California, due to its invasion by illegal aliens.

This is chilling, indeed. What really frightens me is that, if this is already happening in a small town, how long will it be until it happens in a bigger one...then a small city...then a big city?

I'll talk Chicago, since that's where I live and know. We have sanctuary laws. Mayor Daley, Governor Blagojevich, Representative Gutierrez, and Senator Durbin recently addressed and encouraged a crowd of 100,000+ illegal immigrants and their fans who clogged the downtown area with a march to demand rights they have not earned and do not deserve. The city's gun ordinances infringe on our 2nd amendment rights to arm ourselves for protection. The police can't seem to keep prisoners IN "maximum" security, or guns OUT of it. We have a huge illegal immigrant population...and I feel confident saying that, because the numbers reported are huge, and they can only be on the low side of accurate since it's so hard to count people who are living "in the shadows." In my neighborhood it is far from uncommon to walk into a store or restaurant where you can't get effective service in English. When I called the local branch of the federal immigration enforcement office right before the pro-illegal immigration, I spoke with someone who couldn't hold a two-minute conversation in English.

The complete, arrogant disregard for the laws of this country being reported from Maywood are on the way for us all if we don't do something about it. Those who hate this country enough to give it away to third world mayhem are organized, and they are working day in and day out to realize their goal of destroying America as we know and love it.

So why are so many Americans sitting by, watching it happen? I wish I knew the answer. Disbelief? It can't be happening here, not in America. Cowardice? If I speak up about this, people will call me a racist. Ignorance? Illegal immigration problem, what illegal immigration problem? Defeatism? It's too big a problem...it's too late...we can't do anthing now.

Believe it. It IS happening in America.

Say it. People WILL call you a racist, because they think it WILL shut you up. Prove them wrong.

Know it. Illegal immigration is a problem right here, right now.

Fight it. It IS going to be an uphill battle, because the problem has been allowed to go on, unchecked, for far too long by a government that is not listening to its people, and not acting in their best interests.

It's got to stop, or we will all be living in Maywood.
