Strange Bedfellows?

Source: Mark Krikorian @ NRO
This debate really does boil down to open borders vs. constitutional self-government, and much of the elite Right is on the wrong side, as seen in this listing of board members of the National Immigration Forum, the umbrella group lobbying for "comprehensive" immigration reform; it includes not only the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Restaurant Association, but also the former head of the communist group CISPES and the former head of the Palestine Solidarity Committee, described by David Horowitz in NR as "one of the few groups in the world supporting Saddam's rape of Kuwait."
I literally feel like a broken record but I repeat: On what other issue does this president and "good" conservatives find themselves agreeing wholeheartedly with Communists?

Or, to put it another way, if a Communist suggested something wouldn't you assume, as Communism is antithetical to all that America stands for, that it might not be the best thing for America? Or is that too complex fer ya? So to follow the logic through -- If the president and many 'Rockefeller Republicans' find themselves allied with Communists shouldn't that be a big fat neon sign alerting us that all is not well?
