Mayor Nagin: The Stench Goes On

Look, if you're a regular reader of this blog you are well aware that I have a soft spot for the profoundly stupid folk who stumble onto the national stage and proceed to step on the old crank with golf shoes on.

I'm not unsympathetic, but for god's sake Mayor Nagin, please, I'm beggin' ya', Shut the HELL UP!

“It’s time for us to come together. It’s time for us to rebuild New Orleans _ the one that should be a chocolate New Orleans,” the mayor said. “This city will be a majority African American city. It’s the way God wants it to be. You can’t have New Orleans no other way. It wouldn’t be New Orleans.”

I'm stunned, struck speechless by the depth and severity of dumb located in that man's pointy head.

In fact I'm left with only one question...

Would that chocolate N.O. come sprinkled with pralines?

Cuz' then it would be all good!
