Teen Held Without Bail in Fla. Beating

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - The attorney for a teenager accused of murder in the fatal beating of a homeless man said Tuesday there is no evidence that his client struck anyone. Brian Hooks, 18, one of three young men arrested, may have been present and holding a baseball bat when some or all of three homeless men were beaten Thursday, but neither witnesses nor a videotape of one of the beatings have him actually striking anyone, attorney Jeremy Kroll said.

I realize this flies in the face of our emasculated justice system but, what the hell I'm just gonna say it, if your friends are beating homeless men to death with bats and you're standing there looking on with approval and clutching a bat in your hot little hand?

You're scum and you should be put to death.
