Spyware suggestions?

Sorry it was so slow around this beyatch today. Jake experienced the joys of a computer crash this AM and spent several hours reinitializing and reinstalling software.

I have a serious question, can anybody suggest a piece of spyware type software that doesn't suck ass? Or some combination thereof again with the proviso it doesn't suck like a Hoover.

I was running AVG for my virus stuff and adaware for the spyware. I'm currently running the Norton Virus scan and firewall that I was trying to get away from cuz it slows my pretty little laptop way down.
