Valley Of The Wolves: Iraq

Turkish war film set in Iraq demonises US troops

IN THE most expensive Turkish film ever made, American soldiers in Iraq gatecrash a wedding and shoot a little boy in front of his mother.

They kill dozens of innocent people with random machine gun fire, shoot the groom in the head and drag those left alive to Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison, where a Jewish doctor cuts out their organs, which he sells to rich people in New York, London and Tel Aviv.

Just "rich people"? What, on the street? "Hey Mister gotcha fresh spleen right here."

Whatever, I could give a rat's furry patoot whether or not Turkey loves us. Just not on my radar. Here's why they SAY they hate us...

"Valley of the Wolves Iraq" opens with a true story: On July 4, 2003, in Sulaymaniyah, northern Iraq, troops from the U.S. Army's 173rd Airborne Brigade raided and ransacked a Turkish special forces office, threw hoods over the heads of 11 Turkish special forces officers, and held them in custody for more than two days.

The Americans said they had been looking for Iraqi insurgents and unwittingly rounded up the Turks because they were not in uniform. Still, the incident damaged Turkish-U.S. relations and hurt Turkish national pride. Turks traditionally idolize their soldiers; most enthusiastically send their sons off for mandatory military service.

Special Forces not so special? Tough mammaries guys, maybe you shoulda been wearing your uni's. eh?

Then there's this...

The movie, which reportedly cost some $10 million, is the latest in a new genre of popular culture that demonizes the United States. It comes on the heels of a novel called "Metal Storm" about a war between Turkey and the U.S., which has been a best seller for months.

Who knew they were such big fans of fantasy in Turkey, who knew?

All of this so far, to me, has the whiff of a napoleon complex. A little, fairly useless nation wants to feel important. Fine, whatever. I really don't mind and find it kind of cute. Well, except for the whole Jewish doctor cutting the organs out of people while their still alive and selling them in the States, but I think we all know the Moooslims just can't get enough of that old time Jew hate!

This isn't cute...

The movie's American stars are Billy Zane, who plays a self-professed "peacekeeper sent by God," and Gary Busey as the Jewish-American doctor.

Asked if he thought the film was anti-American, Zane (raving asshat, anti-American asshole and traitorous weasel, ed.) said: "This screenplay is not against my country's people... I am doing this movie because I am a patriot. I'm against all wars, because wars don't have happy endings."

God I luuuv when Hollywood liberals talk about war, it smells like fresh cooked bacon in the ass end of the morning. Of course Billy (pats head) wars are bad. I'm sad we saved the Jews in WWII myself, why sure I am you raving ego-maniacal goon! Though you should feel proud of seeling out the Vietnamese, it was your side's shining moment, long time ago though, wasn't it?

Gary Busey and Billy Zane have been paid money to act in an anti-American propaganda piece during a time of war?

My mouth is hanging open in shock!

Can you imagine Bogey doing something like this? How about Cagney?

Now here's the joke for you history buffs, in many ways Hollywood of yesteryear was much harder left than today. Bogart attended the McCarthy hearings to support the commies. That he left disgusted by the behaviour of the commies doesn't change the fact that Hollywood was pretty riddled with communists during WWII.

Yet Hollywood understood there was a war on and produced many patriotic films. Now we have this, asshat traitors taking the money of a foreign power to work in anti-American agit-prop.

Just a reminder, I'm pretty sure this qualifies as treason. Not that the new and improved America would actually punish anyone for that, I'm just sayin.

There's a small part of me that would like to see these bastards strung from a lightpole by the neck, but in fairness that's not punishment enough for these jokers.

Nope, I would like to see these "actors" stripped of their citizenship and deported to the Middle Eastern country of their choice. They wouldn't last a week.
