Greyhound passenger arrested for sex assault

A Honduran immigrant has been charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl on a Greyhound bus Monday as they traveled west on the Pennsylvania Turnpike heading toward Pittsburgh, state police said.

Police said Ivan Ernesto Vidal-Diaz, 33, who lives in Minnesota, pretended to be sleeping while seated next to the girl on the bus and then sexually assaulted her. Mr. Vidal-Diaz told police he was an illegal immigrant.

After the assault, the girl ran to the bus bathroom and attempted to call police from her cell phone, police said. The girl also told the bus driver who also contacted 911.

State troopers arrested Mr. Vidal-Diaz at the Monroeville interchange. Mr. Vidal-Diaz is in the Allegheny County Jail.

Just good folks, no, um, just doing the jobs, hmmm, just human scum breaking into this country and commiting heinous crimes for fun and profit.
