Question Of The Day
Recently Virgil Goode made a rather poorly worded statement suggesting that America should be concerned about Muslim immigration due to the fact that worldwide whenever Muslim populations reached a certain density in countries that have received them as immigrants, the Muslims became a problem. He then followed that up with an article in USAtoday reasserting the points in his letter.
I am not defending Mr. Goode's statement simply because I think it wasn't thought all the way through and was very poorly written, though I am very sympathetic to his viewpoint. But I feel that Mr. Goode wasn't lambasted because of his position, but rather because he had the temerity to ask a question that made people uncomfortable.
Here's the question of the day...
What questions can't you ask in America anymore?
