Naturalized US Citizen Indicted for Unlawfully Obtaining Citizenship

A naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Vietnam was indicted today on a charge of unlawful procurement of naturalization in connection with his allegedly making false written statements on a naturalization application denying he had ever been charged criminally. It is alleged that in fact he had been charged in Suffolk Superior Court with, among other things, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years, and assault with intent to rape a child under the age of 16. United States Attorney Michael J. Sullivan and Bruce M. Foucart, Special Agent in Charge of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in New England, announced today that ANH TAM NGUYEN, age 45, of 343 Medford Street, Malden, Massachusetts, was charged in an indictment with one count of unlawful procurement of naturalization. He will be arraigned in federal court on the indictment on February 15, 2007.

I feel quite certain that obtaining citizenship illegally and pedophilia simply strengthen our national fabric, the fabric I say!
