MSM+Paris Riots: Ass-backwards as usual

Okay, the question of the day seems to be: Is Paris experiencing civil war?

The answer is yes, however that's not the whole story.

The next question is of course: Will they win?

The answer here is a little more complicated. It's complicated because they've already lost. The areas where these rowdy youths are rioting had already been ceded to their respective populations by the police and the government.

The actual genesis of the riots had almost nothing to do with the two youths who were electrified. They were an excuse, In fact it was caused by an attempt by law enforcement to begin policing these areas for the first time in quite a while.

Whether or not this is religious is actually secondary to the simple fact that this is a secessionist movement to legitamize the current reality.

What is the reality? These areas were already lost to France, and while weak leftist politicians squabble these areas move further from their grasp.

Can France retake these areas?

If they continue on their current path of appeasement and weakness the answer is a resounding no, unfortunately Socialist welfare governments are genetically incapable of calling a criminal a criminal or a crime a crime.

Much like our own Left who were forged in the idiot fanatic fires of the sixties, the current French crop of politicians were forged in the idiot lefty fires of their own violent sixties style revolution.

The problem with violent social revolutionaries is just this...once they step outside of the law they can never find their way back. The levers of government only function properly in the hands of the lawful, never the lawless, so when you put those who have transgressed the law in charge of enforcing the law it's every bit as silly as deputizing the local drug dealers and letting them prosecute the war on drugs.

Do we have areas like this in America? Yes we do but, with one big difference. Criminals will always seek safety and darkness in which to do their business. It is their nature. However, our criminals do not seek to fly a different flag over their territory.

France can win this battle.

The question is, do they want to?
