No Rights For You!

I was reading this. In this section Juan Mann posts letters from people who are on the inside of our immigration system. If you scroll down you will find a letter entitled -- Watchdog Insider Documents EOIR Charade for a Week.

If this article doesn't make your blood run cold I don't know what it'll take. Here's what struck me --

A gangbanger granted adjustment (good ol'(245(i) - a well-documented gang member with misdemeanor convictions, but when asked by the judge, he denied being in a gang - and was automatically believed over the word of a peace officer. Remember, 245(i) is all about so-called "family unity-" his mother who lives out of state and has little contact with, filed for the visa years ago. Just because there relationship exists was the cause of the grant. The crimes were waived due to the "hardship" it would cause his 1 year old US citizen child and girlfriend.

So, just so I'm clear. A well documented gang-banger is allowed to stay in this country and is to be believed over a sworn peace officer.

Last time I checked it was a privilege to live in America, or is that no longer true?

Last time I checked we weren't keen on criminal aliens living here, when did this change?

Last time I checked we were a sovereign nation, what happened?

The reality is an overwhelming number of criminal aliens have swarmed this country and our politicians are too weak to do anything about it. The numbers boggle the mind. Over 5 million Matricular Consular cards have been issued in the US. The Matricular Consular card is only required by ILLEGAL aliens.

5 Million!

Chew on that for a minute.

It is believed that that the number of ILLEGALS in this counry is between 5-20 million.

ILLEGAL aliens have been granted in-state tuition, taxpayer i.d. numbers that legitimize their working status though they are ILLEGAL, a secret legal system (the EOIR) that works to NOT deport ILLEGAL aliens and ILLEGAL aliens are driving down wages and removing whole classes of jobs from the reach of hard working Americans.

ILLEGAL aliens have more rights it seems than do the very citizens who pay the salaries of our officials. The officials who refuse to obey and follow the law, those self same officials who keep explaining to us as though we were stupid that ILLEGAL immigration is good for us and if we don't like it we must be bigots.

I'm no bigot, I'm a citizen and the last time I checked that meant something.

Mexico connives at our destruction because a sizable portion of their economy depends on the remittances (money ILLEGAL aliens send home).

Let me say, I'm not advocating anything other than the removal of every person who has no legal right to be here. I think rights devolve from citizenship, no citizenship, no rights other then a hot meal and a get the hell out of here ticket straight back to wherever you came from.

To paraphrase Jerry Seinfeld's infamous Soup Nazi --

No Rights For You!
