Priests: What's The Deal?

So let's see if I have this straight...FMR. REP. BOB EDGAR (D) Put his collar on this morning, drank a cup of coffee, and then went on Hannity & Colmes and lied his ass off.

Oh, it all makes sense now.

What is the deal with priests these days, it seems like they would slide down a greased pole to get on the wrong side of an issue. Yes of course priests have done wonderful things, however, just as many priests have been dead wrong.

Priests opposed slavery, priests supported slavery. Priests opposed eugenics, priests supported eugenics. It usually breaks down about fifty/fifty, just like regular folks. I think it's time to take the halo off the head of every priest or pastor.

We are part of the Minuteman Project and see up close the dangers of compassion run amok. A large number of priests are more than willing to sell out your safety and country to salve their loopy consciences. Water in the desert, no border, let anybody in seems to be the order of the day. But what if their wrong, will they be patting themselves on the back when a bomb goes off in Chicago?

All I'm sayin' is these are just guys, moral authority doesn't come included with the collar.
