Mexico-U.S. Discussions Continue on Illegal Immigration Problem

Thank GOD! Now I can sleep better, knowing that our government is continuing to discuss the illegal immigration problem with the government that is GIVING PEOPLE MAPS TO GET HERE ILLEGALLY.

Talking. 'Cause that's been working so well.

This "U.S.-Mexico Border Partnership Action Plan" is almost three years old (March 2002). Read it if you're into self-important government speak for we're-great-at-talking-but-we're-not-going-to-do-shit. Or if you dig the pain of intense frustration.

While I recognize that talking is a crucial part of the process of getting something done, I think there's been enough talk to last at least through the end of Bush's time in the White House. Stop talking and just @*$# do something!
