More On The Akaka Bill

I posted recently on the "Akaka Bill." This bill would allow ethnic Hawaiians to claim they are an Indian tribe and give them special ethnic preferences.

"[t]he worst piece of legislation ever analyzed by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights," according to Commissioner Kirsanow of that body.
