In Katy, Texas an Islamic organization has purchased land to build a mosque and other facilities to serve the Muslim community. Now they are complaining that the owner of one of the adjoining properties keeps pigs -- and have asked him to get rid of his pigs or move. His property has been in the family for 200 years and he is, understandably, not budging. As a matter of fact, he's doing a little more than not budging. Let's just say the race is on...
