Ted kennedy appeared on Meet The Press today where Tim Russert pulled the oldest political ruse in the playbook, the one called "Who said it?" Video available @ The Political Teen

There is a priceless moment about 2/3 of the way through the video when Kennedy is absolutely stumped. It's almost cute actually to see a rare moment of humanity peek through when somebody calls the old bastard on his BS.

In the interest of science and schaudenfraud I will attempt to fill in that tense silence.
