After meeting privately with Sens. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) earlier this week, Senate Judiciary Chairman Arlen Specter (R-Pa.) said Thursday he is moving forward with plans to resurrect the languishing immigration reform measure before the end of this year.

I've asked this before and I'll just keepin asking until somebody can explain to me which one other issue does the (R) party; the (D) party; Communists, Socialists, Libertarians, Hate America firsters; The ACLU, The Mexican American Legal Defense Fund; The Catholic Church; La Raza and the President find themselves playing kissy face?
