Well This Doesn't Seem Entirely Kosher...

Source: NRO

Mark Krikorian writing at NRO notes that one of the extremely pro-American ACLU attorneys currently attempting to keep Hazelton Pennsylvania safe and fun for crispy delicious illegal immigrants used to work for the Mexican government!

From his bio:
Ilan Rosenberg joined the firm's Philadelphia office in September 2002. He concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and commercial disputes, with an emphasis in assisting Latin American corporations on cross-border defense and recovery efforts.

Prior to going into private practice, Ilan served in the Mexican public sector for two years, where he provided legal consultation on taxation and public finance to the federal government. In 1999, Ilan joined the firm of Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cia., S.C., focusing his practice on tax and administrative litigation, as well as domestic tax planning in Mexico City, Mexico.

While in private practice, Ilan has had extensive experience litigating coverage, commercial, tax and civil rights claims in the U.S. and Mexico.

Ilan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and every jurisdiction in Mexico, and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and sits on the Board of Directors of the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce.

Ilan received his law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City, Mexico in 1998. In 2002, he received his LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
How is this not a conflict of interest?

I really do think it's time to start contemplating loyalty oaths again.
