Juan Hernandez Knows What Americans Want?

The Divine Miss M guest hosted The Factor tonight and welcomed guest Juan Hernandez to the show, video here. Senor Hernandez is quite possibly the smarmiest piece of crap to have ever been excreted by a sentient life form.

During his ridiculous appearance he made the claim that (from memory here) "Americans want comprehensive immigration reform."

Well, I disconcur with Hombre Hernandez, in fact, I think he's full of crap. So I conducted a little experiment. Rivaling the NYT best sellers list for importance and relevance these days ( and my writing mentor has forty published works ) is the Amazon ranking. Writer's like the ranking because, believe it or not, unless their book is a best seller they often have no idea how well or poorly their book may be faring in the marketplace.

So here's the deal. I will use Hombre Hernandez's book as the benchmark for the pro-illegal position, presumably if people truly have an interest in providing amnesty to our illegal alien invaders they must be snapping up his tome and cooing softly as they read his illegal lovin' tripe, right?

So without further ado Senor Hernandez clocks in with a resounding (and remember smaller = better, bigger = worser)...

Ten times better score! Hmmm, well this is a puzzler. Far be it from me to suggest that Hombre Hernandez is anything other than a paragon of truth so let's plow right ahead, shall we?

Surely HH (we will refer to Mr Hernandez thusly from now on) must beat out the extremely nativistiest Jim Gilchrist who wrote "Minutemen: The Battle to Secure America's Borders." Right?
